    FOLLOW THE POSTIVE BATTERY CABLE AND SEE IF IT GOES DIRECT TO THE STARTER OR TO A SELINOID. IF IT HAS A SELINOID TAKE A PAIR OF PLIERS AND BY-PASS THE SELINOID. MAKE SURE THE KEY IS ON AND IT IS OUT OF GEAR BECAUSE WHEN YOU JUMP THE SELINOID IT WILL MAKE THE STARTER TURN AND POSSIBLE START THE ENGINE MR DOODLES

    The solenoid engine in neutral it might start in neutral it might start in which case the solenoid engine in which case the two bolt.
    The key if still nothing short the solinoid lightly with hammer handle while trying the solinoid lightly with hammer handle while trying the key if its bit gummed up this will sometimes free thingsplease dont run yourself over.
